Evolving Practices assesses each client’s training and development needs individually, tailoring a programme according to the client's specific training needs assessment. We will start by working alongside a client's management team to develop an analysis of the current situation and gain an understanding of the markets served and the approach adopted. We will then determine the current levels of skills and experience within the teams and complete a needs assessment. Recommendations will be presented in a formal client proposal that will be uniquely based upon those needs that are identified.
