Upon commencement of any new assignment we would always conduct our own Situation Analysis to ensure that we fully understand the current environment faced by our client and agree the outline aims and goals to be achieved.

Our understanding will be clearly documented within our proposed Outline Approach, which will detail our Programme Objectives and agreed Goals. This will ensure that there is clear understanding on both sides and any uncertainties can be resolved during the planning process.
